About Mugford's Flower Shoppe

For over 20 years, Mugford's staff has gone beyond the expectation of our clients. We have earned a lasting reputation for exceptional quality products and service by creating the unusual and extraordinary every day, and giving every order the special attention it deserves.

Our signature Wildflower and Naturalized designs are created from the freshest and largest selection of hand-picked flowers and plants in the area. We grow our own wildflowers seasonally, generally available June through October. We also choose select local, domestic and imported flowers and plants to ensure high quality to our clients year-round. Mugford's award-winning designers create each piece to order, to make sure each client receives a fresh, unique sampling of nature's finest. We also teach design classes to share our love of design with the community.

Our corporate Clients enjoy our Monday Flowers program, receiving fresh seasonal arrangements weekly. We also have Corporate Holiday Décor and Corporate Events services. We are proud members of the Corridor Nine Area Chamber of Commerce, as Mugford's believes in serving the community, and encouraging social responsibility.

Our shop serves the following areas: Ashland ($10), Framingham ($10), Grafton ($9.50), Hopkinton ($9), Marlboro ($8.50), Northborough ($8.59), Shrewsbury ($9.50), Southborough ($7.00), Upton ($10), Westborough ($7), Worcester ($12).

Through our wire service affiliates we are able to provide interstate and world-wide floral delivery service. Please call for international orders as we cannot accept these on-line.

Our shop is open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday and from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. We are closed on Sundays.

To best service our clients during the busier holiday seasons, we often have extended hours, which vary from holiday to holiday. We also schedule bridal and other special needs appointments outside shop hours to accommodate your schedule. Please call 1-800-645-6495 to arrange an appointment.

To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, please place your order at least 2 days prior to the following major holidays: New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day, Labor Day Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

Our shop will always be closed on the following holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

Corporate Accounts
Mugford's Flower Shoppe offers a Monday Flowers program for fresh cut florals delivered weekly. We can also develop a corporate account program tailored to meet your special needs. We also provide Executive Gifts and can accommodate any number of orders with an exceptional offering of flowers, plants, gift or gourmet baskets, and gift certificates. We can also offer one of our Design Classes as a Team Building Event. Our Corporate Events Service can assist with Annual Meetings or client and/or staff receptions. Personal Accounts
Weddings, events and special occasions are our specialty. We make every effort to turn your special day into a memorable one. Our Private Parties designers can accommodate your individual needs whether the event is to be held in your home or in a hotel or other banquet facility. Design Classes
We offer classes in floral design October, November and December. Projects include Lemon Leaf Wreaths, Fresh Holiday Centerpieces, Boxwood Trees, Swags, Mantle Pieces and more. Classes are held in our workshop with a limit of 18 people per class.
Many classes are sold out quickly, so sign up early.

A local delivery fee of $6.00 to $15.00 will be added to each order, for each address. (See Service Area above for your area). For deliveries outside our local delivery area, a quote can be provided.

To guarantee timed deliveries we offer the following services:

Delivery Upgrade (Guaranteed delivery before noon) Additional $4.95

Deluxe Delivery Upgrade (Guaranteed delivery before 10:00 A.M. Additional $9.95

To receive these delivery upgrades your order must be placed by 5:00 P.M. the previous day.

Interstate (US domestic) orders must be received before 1:00 p.m. in the recipient's time zone to help assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.

We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at a specific time of day, but we cannot guarantee it.

We are unable to make deliveries on Sunday. Orders requesting delivery on this day will be delivered the following business day.

Deliveries of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed. We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the internet.
